    Food: delicious.  Must have just change the fryer oil because the fries were amazing and the perfect crispness.  I didn't even have to ask for extra pickles.  Also I have allergies so I had modifications and they obliged exactly.   Ask for a lettuce bun!

    Service: very friendly  and professional.  With a smile and wished me a nice day, made sure I had ketchup, napkins.

    Just saw a woman who woks here, Fouzia, took a used tray with garbage from a customer, threw out garbage and re-used the tray paper and stacked it back to the small tower of the trays.

    Pretty gross, kind of regret ordering from there.

    This is the WORST a&w location ever. Slowest service, they constantly get the orders wrong, they often have attitude when you try to explain what's wrong, and even if they get the food right for once it comes out cold or burnt. Someone really needs to fix this location or close it. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

    I'm referring to the A&W fast food located in Royal City Center Mall in 6th St. New West
    My friend and I planned to eat our lunch here and she tried to pay with the gift card I gave her for Christmas. She has the copy of the reciept that says the card has 10 dollars. The clerk in A&W refused. She demanded for cash, credit or debit card payment as the gift card has only $10.00 and the bill was about $14.00. My friend said she will pay the $4.00 short with cash. The woman- Raj refused. What a rip off and scam. A&W would sell gift cards and will not accept it as payment.

    Close to accessible transit. Came here after a gaming convention since I had a coupon. Good service and fast. I had a craving for junk.
